Does anyone recognize this number? It calls my cell phone 3 or 4 times a day. When I answer, I hear a click like someone's is hanging up on me, and when their calls go to my voicemail, they never leave a message. I've tried calling it back, but of course, no one answers. I figure its a collection agency.

It is a collection agency, Allied Interstate, I googled it.

It's the auto-dialer for Allied Interstate. There is no one on the phone, for it is the computer dialing you. As to the click (hangup), they probably have it programmed to call more people than the collectors can handle, thus resulting in you being "hung up" on. You'll never get a voicemail left when this is running.
