      I love it! I have 2 lawsuits against a collection attorney in my area for numerous FDCPA violations.

              All aspects of this creditor/debtor conflict have this same characteristic. Enough abuse from one side, produces strong counter actions.

              I notice when I receive notice of a lawsuit from a creditors lawyer, within days I receive solicitations from debtor law firms to defend me. ...and its true, the big winners are the lawyers.

                makes me happier than a pig in slop to see debtors fighting back. still more than 97% of people who are sued just let it go to a deafult judgement. that is sad!!
