I'm all up to date and such on my mortgage, but deeply in debt everywhere else including 23K on PEnFed. If I go into collections or worse, can they attach that debt to my mortgage or cause any other problems with it? My Wife is the money maker and is on the mortgage , primary. Just want to know if it in jeopardy! That Cross Collateralization worries me!
