P.S. For some of them, they simply refuse to hang up (that is to say, give up). Those calls are pretty good too.

Some of the companies have a policy that forbids collectors hanging up for any reason. When you get one like that, you can keep them on the line forever. After a few minutes, watch them start squirming and trying to hand you over to a "supervisor".

The center square is truly the hardest, though I think I once kept a team from Discover talking for 45 minutes.
All the rest I can honestly say I heard at one time or another.
Please feel free to suggest more, I would love to expand the card!
