Nothing to hide!
We are getting the final paperwork to the attorney next week and then by the time he finalizes the petition and files it, I wanted to make sure we were not past the September 13 court date.
Also, just to clarify in New Jersey it is a "stipulation settlement" not judgment, that would be a totally different settlement, and in the Stipulation Settlement it plainly spells out that it is NOT a judgment. If we were to default on the payment arrangement then they would go back for a judgment.
