Question about Cars
Hi Everyone,
I'm filing chapter 13 without my husband and have a question about the cars, meeting with attny this week, but just anxious and looking for some guidance..
Here is our situation. We live in PA. We have 3 cars but only one with an outstanding loan that is in both or our names. We are not behind on this payment. We currently owe 16k on it and its KBB value is a little over 12k. The other 2 cars are paid off and have a KBB value of approx 3500 total. I want to be able to keep all three vehicles. When I was trying to calculate my assets, I realized that the two vehicles that are paid off are both titled to my husband.. does this mean that they won't be calculated in my networth because they are my husband's property?
