My total income consists of a civil service pension. I have managed to accumulate approx 4,000 in cash. Is this a non-bankruptcy exemption,thereby freeing up the entire wildcard for other assets ,or is cash ,whatever the source,not considered a federal non-bankruptcy exemption ?
