Hello...We will be filing Chap. 7...Just a few questions regarding workers comp....My wife was injured at work...She is receiving temporary disability payments...This is our only income at the moment...I have been off work for 10 months now...We will be using System 2 for exemptions...Do I need to exempt the work comp income?...I do not see an specific California exemption for this...I do see where you can exempt Disability Payments 703.140 (b) (10)() (C) or Public Benefits 703.140 (b) (10) (A)...Not sure which way to go here?...Please advise.
