Are Foreclosures Taking any longer Than they used to?

Meaning is the bank so busy right now that they are becoming "slow" on foreclosing?

From what I've seen, foreclosures in some states have been going more swiftly. For example, Ohio was about 12 to 18 months, but recently, the process is 6 to 8 months.

If you have access to County Departments (recorder's office, sheriff's office, court recorded documents, civil case dockets and ect.) in your county, you can check foreclosures and then look up the case docket and see how long it is taking.

With as many foreclosures that going on right now, I'm sure they are totally "backed up" on them.......

The auctioneers are having a "hay day".................
