Anyone who had experience with foreclosure in Florida and if Wachovia came after you for a deficiency?

you mean they won't be coming after me for deficiency judgment? I heard that they can for several years esp Florida is a judicial state.Comment

They can, but in practice they do not. However, who knows what could happen a few years down the road if cirumstances change. There is a statute of limitations, not sure how many years it is.Comment
