Greetings. The auction date for the house I'm living in is coming right up, it's on May 6th. I managed to find something on the Internet that says that the new owner can take possession of the house after 10 days, the page I found that info is here: http://www.cbs.state.or.us/dfcs/ml/foreclosure.html. What I was wondering is if the house doesn't sell, do I still have the 10 days to clear out? I talked to the servicer of my loan but they are vague about it. Any input on this would be greatly appreciated.
