I live in Pinellas County Florida. Citibank filed a Lis Pendens back in February. Nothing has happened since I was served in March. I just checked the county website and they are dismissing the foreclosure for "lack of service".
I think this means that since nothing has happened, they are dismissing? Do they need to start the process all over again if they start foreclosure? Wow, I'm going to live hear for a while. My last payment was October 08.
