I filed chapter 13 5 years ago and it was discharged 2 years ago. I DID NOT re-affirm so it is my understanding that I can walk away. How do I do it? Do I just move, or should I call and tell them im leaving so they can start whatever it is they do? Im keeping utilities turned on till I know which way to proceed.
