How do I know if my 2nd has been charged off?
I have not paid in about 10 months or so.

Was it discharged in the BK? Did you ever try to settle? I have WF and owe 70K that I just found out is balloon payment. I'm not making anymore payments. Will they charge off?Filed 11/2007 Ch.7

Have you pulled your credit report lately? That sometimes will say "charged off". My Wells Fargo Account says "closed" and included in BK.Filed Chapter 7: 7/3/09

That is what mine says. I'm not making any more payments. We are current on the first and the payment is manageable. We got that 5 year rate freeze so we are good for about 3 more years, then we'll see! I think it's best to deal with the 2nd before the first. They have no reason to foreclose, they'll get nothing. We'll see....Filed 11/2007 Ch.7
