I will be moving out of my home of 25 years in November of this year. The house was included in ch 7 and I did not reaffirm. I will be receiving foreclosure summons soon but I've got plenty of time to get out by November. When I do move out am I required to keep the electricity on? The basement will flood if the sump pumps don't work.
