Chapter 7 House Surrender, Forelcosure and Deficency Judgement

Folks I have a question, I am surrendering my house in Chapter 7. The first mortgage holder has started the forelosure process.

My question is that can first or second mortgage holder pursue deficiency judgement against me or not? Just to reiterate, the house is being surrendered in Chapter 7 and mortgage holder has not filed any proof of claim

I would think both mortgages would be 100% discharged in your Chpt 7.

If you surrendered the property and did not sign a reaffirmation, considered it part of your discharge.
