    Yes thats exactly what it says and it has said that since our discharge and 100% positive that we did not reaffirm. Weird thing is Green Tree bought our 2nd after we were discharged.

    Atty. says there nothing more they can do were discharged, they tell us to keep paying if want to stay or let it go but have said in no uncertain terms that a lender can foreclose at any time weather were current or not because we did not reaffirm either loan.

    Ok so the answer is yes our first and second are discharged, I am positive of that. Have always benn current on the 1st but just can't on the 2nd any more.

      Assuming your lawyer did the right things, both your mortgage loans appear to have been discharged (not reaffirmed). The 2nd can go pound sand. On the next call, tell them you wish to no longer be contacted by them on a loan that was legally discharged. Ask them for their fax # so you can fax (or mail) your federal "legal" discharge papers. That will shut them up. Otherwise, they will be fined.

      The 2nd will not foreclose. It's scare tactics.
