we filed may 2009 ch 13 and told the people that were buying our old house on land contract that they didn't have to pay anymore(because we couldn't keep that house as we charged them 650 mth and tne bk wanted 850 mth for the house. And we couldn't keep getting the money from them as our payment to the trustee would have gone up and if they didn't pay we would have been in trouble. Fast forward to now. converted to a ch 7 and it has been discharged. very unlikely bank will seek to foreclose on that house as it is in a bad area and not worth anything. BK lawyer told us to make them pay from now until it gets foreclosed on. They were listed as one of our creditors and chose not to make a claim. Can we make them pay and if they don't how do we get them out. We are in OH if that makes a difference
