Just got it. So, it says I must pay by Dec 15th or they may begin foreclosure.
Filed BK Oct 27th, they sent it Oct 31st.
I'm assuming the Notice of Default comes the 15th of Dec?
Then 45 days later they can put up for sale OR is it after being served the NOD, then the 45 days kick in? I've been reading so much, and just don't get it anymore.
Basically, should I hit the ground running looking for a place to live after the NOD is recieved, that would give me about 45-60 days before the sale.
