The sites that give you actual addresses of the properties (and a lot of other information, like taxes, names of property owner, etc) require payment. Realtytrac will list street names only and I am guessing this is the site you already looked at.Filed Ch 7 Pro Se 11-18-2010

Thank you chicagoannie, I appreciate your input. I hope that you are doing okay, as I have heard of your situation in the news a great deal last year, where the tenants had always paid their rent on time, but the landlord had defaulted on the mortgage, and caused various eviction situations with the tenants. I last heard (in the summer), that if a tenant was in a situation like this, they (the lender) were suppose to make a provision that they could stay in the home for several months (at the government request), before the tenant had to move . . . yet I do not know if this really did happen though.

No. The only thing showing on the county web site is a "DEED ASSIGNMENT" record. That was done about 2 months ago. I'm starting to get more and more "personal" typed notes (apparently) in the mail just in the past week or so. I wonder why the quick upswing in US mail all of a sudden though?Originally posted by gonebroke4no View PostCCsAreEvil, out of curiosity, had you already received a formal foreclosure notice from your lender or has the sheriff come out to your house already to serve you with the formal foreclosure notice?Retained Lawyer: 04/2009 Filed: 09/2009 341 Meeting: 10/2009 Discharged: 12/2009 Asset: 05/2010 made asset Closed: 07/2013 after 47 long months
