We filed ch13, still yet to be comfirmed. We let out house go and moved to a rental before we filed. We have been in the rental for 6months.
Our old house was suppose to go to aution this month but was postponed. I called the law firm that was handling the auction and they said they couldn't tell me why it was postponed.
Locks were changed from the house a few weeks after we filed, so over 5 months ago.
We are still paying on the HOA and taking care of the front yard. I didn't have a problem knowing it was going to auction, but now it is starting to bother me and be troublesome.
Is there anything I need to do so I don't have to continue the HOA payments and yard maintenance?
Or do I just have to stick it out till the house goes to aution?
