This is the second set we have received since October 2010.... the only diference in the two sets is there is wording in the 2010 Certified Letter that states: Note evidencing your indebtedness for your loan is unaivalable because it has been lost, misplaced, or destroyed. This line is missing from the one we just received in August 2011.

I'm taking a W.A.G. at this. This is a letter dunning you for some sort of note or debt, yet they don't know what debt (in that so many are sold transferred etc.) so I would ignore this letter, state nothing to anyone who calls and deny any debt. Sounds like some sort of bluff or even scam to me. 'Hub

If anyone ever calls you regarding this, tell them to go pound sand until they can produce the documentation required by law and hang up.
