Post Ch. 7 Collection Calls on 2nd Mortgage BofA

Don't know if this is the right forum or if it should be in Collections. Here is my situation:

I'm in California. Chapter 7 discharged 7/2010. 1st & 2nd with BofA, no reaffirmation, paid through both mortgages until last month I became disabled and couldn't afford them. Hoping to force a mod on the 1st and will probably just let the 2nd play out (2nd is fully underwater $178,000!!).

Problem is I'm getting harrassing calls from BofA on the 2nd. Can they do that after discharge?

PLEASE bring an action against them. 1k a pop. Call your lawyer asap!!!
