I foresee this number going higher, especially in GA. Most people in Atlanta have horrendous commute times. My DH's was almost 2 hours to go 40 miles to Norcross. With gas prices going up, I am sure it will send some over the edge. That factored in with arms adjusting upward. I am an optimist by nature, but I do not see the pretty picture ahead.

I wonder if we're already figured in there or not. We got notice to accelerate mid February. So we could already be a part of their stats. Dunno.
But I can agree with Debt. Fuel prices are gonna push some people over the edge. It's not just the price we pay at the pump. Things at the grocery store are jumping 6 cents, 8 cents, 10 cents or more in price. And that's on smaller single items.
Fuel is causing everything to go up.
Our trash collection bill went from $45 for 3 months to $60 for 3 months in one billing cycle due to increased operations costs and a new fuel surcharge being added.Filed Ch 7 - 09/06

I am not an attorney. My comments are based on personal experience and research. Always consult an attorney in your area to address concerns related to your particular situation.

Yes, I agree, THERE IS GOING TO BE A LOT OF THIS IN THE FUTURE.......
People just can't keep paying all these outrageous prices that are going up..... ESPECIALLY when their not making a dime more!!!!!!
And those on limited incomes are doing without a LOT.... meds and heat included!!

My suggestions are from "personal experience" and research only. Do not consider this as legal advice. Each bankruptcy case is different.

I am sorry to see the middle class in America disappearing. It is a shame to see this, but that is what is happening. The republicans and democrats are so strung out on lobbiest money, they forgot who they represent.Chapter 13 Filed 4/03/06  341 Meeting Complete 5/11/06 :yes2:
