Refinance my current house in 3 years?

If I included my house in Ch 7 and am discharged but not forclosed yet, could I catch up my back payments with WF, settle on my second HELOC with a different bank then stay and pay until I own the house? Could I at some point sell the house or refinance the loan or is it to late to do anything? I know I've been posting a lot lately but my time is running out and my financial situation is greatly improved. I just don't know where we are going to go and I'm terrified. I don't want to leave town and all that is around here are farms and new subdivisions. My rental options are few and far between.
