So BOA has Summary Judgement and we have been going through this for a yr now, we get a letter saying the loan has been sold to another bank effective 10/16/12? So will/can the new bank just pick up on the foreclosure mid process? Do they start over? This debt was discharged in chp 7, so where are we now???
