    Waiving Filing Fees?

Has anyone applied for a waiver of the filing fees? It looks like income has to be below 150% of poverty level to qualify and you must show that you can't make the filing fee installment payments - I am thinking that would be shown by I and J indicating not enough income to cover essential expenses and pay filing fees also. Mainly I am trying to find anyone who has gotten the waiver, wondering what their circumstances were to get the waiver? Did they use attorney and pay attorney and still get waiver?

    Thanks in advance

Yes I did get my Filing Fee waived.First I did file Pro-Se and initially I got approved for 'installments' to pay my filing fee but after the first $50.00 I realized I was not going to be able to pay the rest of the payments to complete the $299 filing fee.So I applied to have it waived. Not only was I within the 150% but I also stated that I was behind in my cable, phone and power bills. It was granted very quickly after they received my application for the waiver.
