Please do not be offended if I am placing this post in the wrong area.....I don't have much experience posting!
In brief: I bought the assets (no property) of a previously public company in 2003. It is located in NJ-- the business was formed as a Delaware S-corp. My wife and I live in NJ as well.
If it becomes apparent that the business can not survive, would I seek a Delaware or NJ BK attorney? (there are SBA loans remaining)
Thanks for any input!
