PLEASE TELL ME What does this mean?

Can someone tell me what this means.

We filed. Trustee objected. Wants to dismiss us due to fraud. We sent in our response. Now it says this on PACER:

Disposition of Adversary 2-06-ap-00634 Judgement entered in favor of plantiff.

What does that mean? The trustee won? Or did we?

    Thanks.

Well, we are certainly NOT plaintiff (suing someone), so you must be at defense party and sorry... but yes.... decision favor plaintiff (won) & your defend side had lost!...

Well no crediters are suing me. And I didn't think that the trustee was suing me so I don't understand what that means.

Basically, the Trustee is the plaintiff and you are the defendant.

        Discharged - 02/16/2006

Okay, this is a fine example of what happens when you file pro se and don't know what your up against.......

Did you receive notification that the Trustee filed a Adversary Complaint or objection against your filing?

You said you answered one...... did you send the proper copies when you responded? Did you appear in Court the day of the hearing since you have no lawyer??? The trustee was probably given an automatic judgment because you didn't appear in court for the hearing......

Sounds like the Trustee has already been granted a judgment against you to dismiss the case and you don't even know whats going on...........

When you received your adversary complaint did you just respond to it and do nothing more.???

Sorry to hear this, sounds like your case got dismissed before it even got started.......

Did you ask anyones advice about the adversary complaint or what it was????
