    Interesting WRITE-OFFS

As I go over the old bankruptcy laws I find several things very interesting....... (and I'm looking very closely as the new laws also)....

Creditors can write off accounts and claim them as a "loss" on their income taxes......

BUT IF a Court "seizes" your property because of bad titles, technicalities, etc.......... you as a consumer cannot list your loss anywhere on your income taxes.....
    YOU JUST BITE THE BULLET.........

Also when it comes to mobile homes, doublewides, modulers................. THEY ARE TREATED LIKE AUTOS....... AND YES, YOU DO HAVE THE RIGHT OF REDEMPTION......... (this "right of redemption", I was personally denied!!!

REAL ESTATE PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE THE " RIGHT OF REDEMPTION" (such has a home built on a lot).....

Also if the home/land is not surrendered, not redemed, the must foreclose on the property to resell it........ (they did not do this on my case)..... they just called an auction, sold mobile home and land together..... Trustee had title to the mobile home and mortgage company had mortgage on the land......

The mortgage company 'HAS YET" to notify me that I am default on my mortgage or that my mortgage payment is late??????? NO FORECLOSURE, ETC....... HOw can that be????
But yet they sold it at auction with the Trustee.....

    HMMMMM, INTERESTING......

HMMMMMMMMM, sounds like they made some "errors" in their ACTIONS for me to pursue.

    LATER FOLKS........
