is there any way to get a car after the auction, or you can't even bid on the car during the auction in the first place?

my pontiac firebird has been standing in the drivewya for about 4-5 years now, not driven. the air of the tires is out and it needs some work done.
what happens to the car if no1 bids on it during the auction? does the bank take it or does the buyer of the house get it along with the house?
also, if i want to sell the car, and the bank has the title, what should i do?

what happens to cars in chapter 7 and/or 13 bankruptcy?
does the bank auction it or let you sell it personallly?

The Lender gets the car back. Just like the Mortgage Company or Bank gets the house back.

Is the car paid for? If it's been sitting in your driveway for 4-5 years I wonder if it's paid for. If it is and you can exempt the value of it, you would be keeping that car in your bk not returning it.
