Over the median doesn't mean CAN'T file CH7. Just means you have to take the rest of the means test. Most people just over the median STILL qualify.

We are nearly double the median, depending on the month and day, and WE actually qualify (4k mortgage payment). But we have some assets we want untouched, so our CH13 payment will be a few hundred dollars.

Go back to the means test and I bet you a hundred dollars (I still have that much room on a Citi card) that you still qualify.
