I will have two car payments left when I file in October so obviously I want to reaffirm..my final payments would be due Nov 1st and Dec 1st..do I make the final payments to the finance co. (Chase Auto Services), or would it be to the court? I don't want Chase to think I'm screwing them and have them repo my car--I want to make the final payments!! Am I making mountains out of molehills?.....

You make the payments to Chase.
But once you file BK, your acct is gonna be moved from regular Customer Servicing to a Special BK Dept.
You're gonna want to be sure to get an updated mailing address to send your payments to. If you don't send the payments to the BK Dept, it could take a while for your check/payment to be transferred over and then credited.
Lots of people have this happen. The Creditor thinks the Filer is 30 days late when they aren't. Chase might even file a MTLS. It can be kinda messy until your attny gets it all straightened out.
Be sure to get the different address. Makes things easier.Filed Ch 7 - 09/06

If you pay online
If you pay and watch your account online, your online access will most likely be closed. Just be aware because Ive always paid online, and now wont be able to. I needed to print it all out (due dates, addys, etc) before hand.
