I am so ready to file but my hubby is putting it off!!! I am home all day(i work nights) and the phone rings and rings!!! I am so stressed out.It's 10:15am and already 8 calls. I feel better reading about how everyone elses bk are going. Were are supposed to file at the end of this month. I just want to make it through the 341 and be able to breath again. Anyone here from WI? Well thanks for letting me whine.

Sorry , read one of your other posts and you say a 7. I don't know about 7s, but I do know that the 13 trustee is pretty easy going. We went with a 13 to save our house. With my wife working now we can afford everything with a little left over to sock away.
My attorney told me that WI is very easy going when it comes to BK compared to some other states so hopefully it works out for you.

I agree with CPO, turn off the ringer. I actually gave my kids school my cell number, I figured it was the only call I would need to get. We had one place call us over 30 times in one day. I had my second mortgage call me at work, call me at home, have me paged, call my parents house...........
