    Credit Report Rules

I am thinking about stopping making payments on a mobile home. Currently the loan is up to date. However, soon there may be derogatory comments reported to the credit bureaus. My question is this: If I have recently disputed the loan with the credit bureau and they have removed it from my file, can these future negative comments make the liability reappear on my credit report? Or once it's gone, is it gone forever?

    Thanks!

It can reappear if the creditor verifies the data.
