Hi, in AZ, sole income 1400.00 from SSDisability, own home appraised at 102,000.00 owe 58,000.00, own outright 2000 Dodge van. 2 years ago my dad died leaving about 20k for our grandkids, we put that money in an existing account for grandson (primary account holder) my wife as secondary signer, we were told to have her name removed from the account, which we did last Friday, how soon do I file and how safe is the grandkids account?
