Anyone have experience with Circuit City Credit (through Chase)

We purchased a plasma TV 9/06 and one for my parents in 11/06. We made our payments until April. We're filing in July. So far we haven't heard anything about them wanting the TV's back. I'm wondering if anyone has ever had them reclaim anything. I am naturally assuming that a Circuit City credit card(through Chase) would be a secured credit card.
Any thoughts?

I would think you have a secured credit card because you have a plasma tv's on them. Time will tell !

Its unsecured.

My lawyer told me it is an unsecured card. By IRS standards, you are allowed to have a tv, so you probably will be able to keep your plasma tv. We are in the same boat!
