    Here come the solicitors

My 1st solicitation came today to help me with my home in Foreclosure. The envelope had a handwritten return address with the name Bob. He did get me to open the mail.

I am very interested in this since I will most likely go into business next year to help people in BK. I will be just another solicitor except that I will have gone through it and will hopefully be able to come at an angle of trust. The good news is that they can trust me, the bad news is there is always someone out there who can talk a better talk but in the end they are only out for themselves....

    BTW...I don't even own a home.....

We've gotten those. We get my ILs mail as well and they filed BK a long time ago. We get solicitations to refi their house all the time. Um, they SURRENDERED it, you morons! LOL

These types of solicitations will come in bunches. I would say the same this as you demismom, "We surrendered our home you morons!" I don't believe these people who solicit such advertising have any clue that the filer had a home in the first place, or if the filer surrrendered the home. I believe all they know is that you filed BK, so the solicitation goes out automatically.

At any rate, I threw out everyone of these solicitations. If I really wanted to save my house, I'd make the inquiries myself and call whomever I could. I don't need some miracle to arrive in the mail.
