I'm in the situation where bankruptcy is a must, but i still have a bout $1500 left on a large limit credit card. Could I use this or withdraw it before i go bankrupt or can it be used against you in some way??

Doing such an act and filing BK too soon would cause some issues. You wouldn't get into "trouble" but you would be responsible for any charges and/or cash advances. On the other hand, if you do choose to use this remaining available credit (and I strongly recommend that you don't), you'll need wait to file (I believe it's 6 months).Bankruptcy History:
