    I am not looking forward to looking back. I guess I have to look forward before I can look back (or something like that).

    I have no advice, just kind of rambling here as I have not posted for a few days.

    Best of luck to everyones situations & things will get better all in good time.

        Let me ask a question about this. I co-own a house with my mom who is over 65. If i decide to file bankruptcy, does this mean that I get to claim a $50,000 exemption and she gets a $150,000 exemption for a total of $200,000!!!?
