    Pacer

Does anyone know how I can research a specific attorney on PACER? I'm trying to see a recent record of an attorney I am considering.
    Thanks,
    Lefty

Pacer is not good option. Web site field with names, numbers, papers, and dates only. You will pay a hefty $$ to search pacer. A best way is cold-call approach ==>> Call some best attorneys (by ads, word-of-mouth, reference, etc.) and start "interview" them, ... i.e., 1) how long/years do you practiced?
    2) how many cases you win/success/done in the past?
    3) do you know trustee well, court system well, any difficult problems you met, how much you charged, and so on, etc... ... Also, search court registration system for their BK/practice licenses to see if any revoked or discipline actions taken on that attorney yet?... well, you got an idea....

Thanks BKOnce...I have been interviewing attorneys. Haven't worked up the nerve yet to actually ask for their stats, but maybe I will in the next interview. I'm a lot tougher online than I am in real life...LOL! I am planning to meet a lawyer who is/was a trustee in my district...that should be good.
