ok i got a new car, everything in my moms name as usual, now my big question is when i go to file and meet with the trustee should i drive the car or drive my old beater car ? can i get in trouble for my mom buying me a car (even thou it's not mine?)

If it's 100% in your mom's name, it won't matter. It's like she is letting you use her car. As long as you're not tied to it, I don't see the problem. I'm taking a limo to my 341. LOL
