Thank you for the phone #'s, but there is no way to get a live person to answer that number. The automated system does not have an option to talk to a live person. I just want to talk to someone at chexsystems to see if I can't get off their system. I think its ridiculous that they can put you into chex system prison and give you not way to dispute it.....

      Thanks

I was once put into check systems by Bof A. I was told even after i paid it i would be on for 5-7 years. I dont think there is too many ways around it, just fax them proof of payment along with letters demainding to be removed.
I came into the bank with a large tax return check and agreed to keep $500 ins avings for overdraft, the manager made an exception: thats how i was finally able to get the bank account.

            Try using these numbers:

            (800) 513-7125*, Option 1 for English, then Option 5 for customer service.

            OR

            (972) 247-5100

            (972) 280-8580

            Good Luck!
