    Question

I need to buy glasses ans sunglasses, both prescription. I haven't been using my credit cards for a while but glasses can be costly.

Do you think they fall under the medical category, or neccessities category?

I had to use one of our last usable credit cards about 30 days of our filing to purchase our sons glasses. Of course at the time, we didn't anticipate filing as soon as we did. It was about $125 and I informed our lawyer from the very first consultation that I just had to use one of the credit cards for glasses. He just said, it's not a problem it was a necessity. So I would say you should be just fine.
