If someone converts from a chapter 13 to a chapter 7, can they include post-petition debts? I had heard this was a possibility.

Yes, where I am it is ok. I'm coverting and was sent info from the court to file schedules listing any post petition debt acquired since filing and any assets acquired since filing. The reference was something like bankruptcy rule 1019...though I'm not sure on that.Filed CH7 - 10/13/05;
