    I think you need to chat with some more attnys. Your GF is legally not your dependent. She's not your child, your spouse, a dependent parent, etc. Just like an independent, adult child cannot be considered by parents for BK purposes.

    Technically speaking, according to Census Bureau definitition, you have 2 separate Households residing in one domicile.

    However,............ Since the child is yours, I think you might be able to list expenses for the baby as "Support to Others". So long as you can document things. Be prepared to show a copy of the baby's Birth Certificate naming you as Father of the child. And receipts for Day Care, diapers, formula, and such.
