Are student loans priority or nonpriority unsecured debts?

Oh, yeah - it's VERY hard to get them discharged, and with the changes in the law passed this fall (regarding repayment plans and caps on maximum payments based on family sizr and income), it will be easier to deal with them.
But, being able to include them in the 22A as a priority claim could make a big difference.
