im going to try what i read there by stop paying all but a couple of cards save the money then go back and settle later for less, makes sence for my because i lost great paying job now i make crap money so ill threaten to calm bk13 and then cc companys wil get crap, i'll offer about what i own now so i dont have to feel like a deadbeat, i'll never use another cc again cash and cash cards for purchases on the net screw the bas*****

I sure wish you the best of luck.I'm too much of a wimp to stop paying,so I'll keep on getting clobbered & hope that just maybe congress will sooner or later force the banks/credit card companies to stop this thievery.I know this may be wishful thinking but I can't see any other way out at this point .
