Has anyone had any luck getting their automatic stay extended after a prior dismissal?

I had a chapter 13 case dismissed in August and am trying to refile. I'm afraid that it won't be extended?

Anyone willing to share experiences would be appreciated...

Chewy. Has long as your prior 13 wasn't dismissed in bad faith it's pretty easy. File a motion to extend the automatic stay, list your reasons for extending the stay. If you are current on your secured property I think the judge will allow the extension. I dimissed a 13 and refiled a 7 2 weeks later and filed the motion and it was granted.

My original case was dismissed because I failed to make the payment prior to the dismissal date. Then, a motion to reinstate was denied because I did not file the motion in the 10 day window.

Am I totally screwed?
