Okay, I filed yesterday, but did the emergency filing, so I haven't turned in the personal property/exemptions.
Yesterday morning, I had $120.45 in one checking account, 146.88 in another and .02 in my savings.
I took out $80 to pay the filing fee payment, prior to filing. After work, I took out $20 for gas, $40 for groceries and $120 to pay the sitter.
That left $.45, $6.88 and .02 respectively. Which is what I thought I was supposed to put down on my property list.
However, last night I got a child support payment and a store debit card return, giving me $200+ in the first account (dated 12/3/07) I also had a debit on the 2nd account for $10, and the $60 I withdrew last night won't post until today, so there was a $56+ balance in the 2nd. And the daycare didn't get paid, because the director wasn't there to take the $$ when I picked my son up. (Just my luck, lol)
So I'm assuming that I have to put $200+, $56+ and $120 cash on hand as of yesterday.
Just wondering if this had happened to anyone. I'm going to a legal clinic on Thursday and this is one of my questions.
